Basement was completed in timing provided. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
The Team at the office were very helpful. Took my calls/questions and made sure to provide info/answers quickly.
Michelle was amazing. She was very pleasant to work with. She was very responsive to emails and calls. Her presentation was very informative and sold me on The Basement Guys.
The Crew was great. Very polite. My wife and I work from home so they were very cautious and checked with us when it came to making loud noises, etc.
Each team went over there job after completion and made sure I had no quesitons.
Clean up was great. Really not much I had to do.

Unlike other general contractors, The Basement Guys are exactly that... they do basements. Michelle told me how many basements you do a year and along with the products you use to help prevent mold, etc.., I was sold.
